His notable contributions to the digital economy include developing the Social Security Health Smart Card, electronic ticketing systems across various cities, and the MyTehran and Shahrpay platforms. His professional experience includes serving as a member of the Board of Directors at Tejarat Bank Technology and Innovation Holding (TAFTA), as well as holding the positions of Senior Advisor and Deputy CEO at the Tehran Municipality’s Information Technology Organization.

Mohammad Mahdi Shakouri Moghadam, an entrepreneur and economics graduate, is the co-founder of SabaIdea Group, which includes services such as Aparat, Filimo, and Sabavision. With a strong interest in marketing, he currently serves as the CEO of Sabavision, one of Iran’s largest online advertising agencies.
Mostafa Ghafari

Mostafa Ghafari, an expert in corporate financial management and accounting, serves as the Vice President of Finance at SabaIdea group. In this role, he is responsible for strategic budgeting and financial oversight of SabaIdea Group’s companies, including Filimo, Aparat, Sabavision, and other products. With four decades of experience in financial management, accounting, and auditing, his long-standing collaboration with Sabaideh Group has given him a deep and unique understanding of the role of finance in digital businesses.

With a strong passion for building transformational businesses, Oldouz brings over 15 years of experience collaborating with some of Iran’s most innovative digital companies, including SabaIdea Group and Digikala.
Peyman Parsa is an expert in financial analysis and management, investment, project management, and industrial accounting. He holds a degree in industrial engineering, an MBA with a focus on strategy and finance, and a CFA certificate. Currently, he works as a private investment and corporate finance consultant within the innovation ecosystem. Over the years, Peyman has gained valuable experience and expertise through his work with various organizations, including Aseman Asset Management, Golrang System, Fanap, and Shatel.
Sohrab Khoun Siavash is a business and risk analyst with a background in financial management and economics, and he has a strong interest in market research and microeconomics. He has gained valuable experience as a business analyst at Healthium Company and as a risk analyst at Arman Insurance Company.
Zahra Niknam is an expert in business analysis and project management, with a keen interest in digital business development and intelligence. Her experience includes managing the acceleration program at Sarava Investment Company and serving as a business analyst and executive manager at Banda Innovation Center.
